“All Jesuit soldiers take an solemn oath “to insidiously plant the seeds of jealousy and hatred between communities, provinces, states that were at peace, and incite them to deeds of blood, involving them in war with each other, and to create revolutions and civil wars in countries…

It is well known that from Babylonian times to the fall of Saddam Hussein Iraq has been a multi religious society.  History before the western invasion  shows that Muslim sects , Sunni, Shia and other religious adherents, Christians, Jews, Yazidis etc have been living in peace participating in almost all areas of the economy and national activities. Peaceful relationship and cooperation is evident by the significantly diffused interwoven multi ethnic character of their major cities.
Western invaders lured Shias, with the cash money and false future prospects to work for the occupation forces to help topple Saddam and control anti-occupation rebellious Sunni population. This created a rivalry and enmity between the two major religious sections of Iraqi society that forced both sections to move towards their majority areas as living as close neighbors became risky as apprehensions skyrocketed.
Using one group against the other for spying also tore apart peaceful relationships between Christians and Muslims as Christian Churches & individuals were similarly lured to work with occupiers against the other groups especially Sunni & Shias for short term cash & false prospects. Tensions between Christians and Muslims rose as Muslims discovered Christians Vatican associated Churches are spying and reason behind raids, drones and sniper killings and in many cases aerial bombings by allied military. Many Christian communities were forced to leave their homes and migrate to other safer locations.  Such unfortunate incidences of Christian migrations were prominently published in the global media as evidence of Muslim hatred of Christians to create global tensions in societies in other countries. Such practice of using military civilian collaborators and informers is not new and has always been a necessity for foreign occupiers that runs havoc by creating deep hostilities that last for generations if not many centuries. Stathis N. Kalyvas Kalyvas has discussed to seek generalities how foreign occupation accompanies apprehensions generating violence as a  product of political actors seeking information and individual civilians trying to avoid the worst but also grabbing what opportunities their predicament affords them.

Army Special Operations Forces(ARSOF) Unconventional Warfare (UW) Field Manual, FM 3-05.130, Headquarters Department of the Army Washington, DC, 30 September 2008
Some excerpts of the manual:
Field Manual (FM) 3-05.130, Army Special Operations Forces Unconventional Warfare, establishes keystone doctrine for Army special operations forces (ARSOF) operations in unconventional warfare (UW). It is based on lessons learned from both historical and contemporary UW operations. It is also based on existing, long-standing Army Special Forces (SF) UW doctrine; recently developed doctrine, such as counterinsurgency (COIN); and emerging affiliated concepts, such as irregular warfare (IW). ”
belligerent governments (puppet governments which are hand in glove occupying army)
“UW is specifically focused on leveraging the unwillingness of some portion of the indigenous population to accept the status quo or “whatever political outcome the belligerent governments impose, arbitrate, or negotiate.” A fundamental military objective in UW is the deliberate involvement and leveraging of civilian interference in the unconventional warfare operational area (UWOA)”
Manual assumes 9/11 was a foreign attack by terrorists despite the abundant evidences from the 9/11 incident that show that the act is beyond the capability of non-state groups, all known terrorists, and also could not have been carried out without main plan and execution outside of USA.
“The 9/11 terrorist attack on the United States highlighted the increased danger of warfare conducted by other-than-state enemies.”

“IW is about people, not platforms. IW does not depend on military prowess alone. It also relies on the understanding of such social dynamics as tribal politics, social networks, religious influences, and cultural mores. Although IW is a violent struggle, not all participating irregulars or irregular forces are necessarily armed. People, more so than weaponry, platforms, and advanced technology, will be the key to success in IW. Successful IW relies on building relationships and partnerships at the local level. It takes patient, persistent, and culturally savvy people within the joint force to execute IW. ”

“The United States must adopt an “active defense-in-depth” that merges joint force, interagency, international NGOs and multinational capabilities in a synergistic manner. This defense does not solely rely on passive measures. The United States must enhance security at home while actively patrolling strategic approaches and extending defensive capabilities well beyond U.S. borders. An effective defense-in-depth must also include the capability to strike swiftly at any target around the globe using forces at home as well as forward-based, forward-deployed, and rotational forces.”
“A state is a set of institutions that possess the authority to make the rules that govern the people in one or more societies, having internal sovereignty over a definite territory. The state includes institutions, such as the armed forces, civil service or state bureaucracy, courts, and police. By Max Weber’s influential definition, a state has a “monopoly on the legitimate use of physical force within a given territory.” By modern practice and the law of international relations, a state’s sovereignty is not conditional upon the diplomatic recognition of the state’s claim to independence by other states. However, the capacity of a state to enter into various international relations and treaties is conditional upon such recognition. Degrees of recognition and sovereignty may vary. However, any degree of recognition, even the majority recognition, is not binding on third-party states. A-3. Within sovereign states, the ruling government uses all of the instruments of national (“state”) power on its own people. The government is the political authority; it establishes and enforces the law, manages and develops the economy and allocates state finances, disseminates state-supporting information and gathers internal intelligence, and relies on the military as the final guarantor of internal state power. ”
A-9  [ including this section about NGO in this appendix carries the impression that these can be justifiably employed for the Military objectives. CIA’s infiltration and control of NGOs,Charities, funding and operations is well known ]
“Even though the term NGO implies independence of governments, some NGOs depend heavily on governments for their funding. The EU and the British government donated a quarter of the U.S. $162 million income in 1998 of the famine-relief organization OXFAM. The Christian relief and development organization World Vision collected $55 million (U.S.) worth of goods in 1998 from the American government. Médecins Sans Frontières (known in English as Doctors Without Borders) gets 46 percent of its income from government sources. ”
“Progressive critics have suggested that imperialism and NGOs share a fine line.”
[Christianity is falsely aggrandized]
“In the case of Christianity, a relevant factor may be that it was among Christians that science in the modern sense was developed. Unlike other religious groups, as early as the 17th century the Christian churches had to deal directly with this new way to investigate nature and seek truth.”
” Islam sees all endeavor as god’s will, so scientific endeavor is theoretically unobjectionable. However, particular Muslim observance and tolerance for scientific consensus varies widely in Muslim societies ranging from theocratic Iran through democratic Malaysia to Muslim minorities in the United States.”
US Military involvement in the 9/11 is becoming clearer as information about the military drills being carried out on the same time and day are exposed . Former flight attendant turned researcher, truth teller and author Rebekah Roth in a video describes evidences, sworn testimonies of people watching low flying Military planes some time before the incident the same morning.
Notes: There are also few Muslims as Chaplains, however Muslims are not religiously organized under some single interpreter of Islam like the Pope, in fact the majority sect Sunni are against the idea of single interpreter of Islam and there is no equivalent organization for Muslim chaplains like that of Archhdiocese for the Military Services

belligerent occupation is just occupation
“Definition of Belligerent Occupation The 1907 Hague Convention specifically defines belligerent occupation. “Territory is considered occupied when it is actually placed under the authority of the hostile army.” Page 6  US Army Doctrine and Belligerent Occupation A Monograph by Major Christopher Todd Burgess United States Army School of Advanced Military Studies United States Army Command and General Staff College Fort Leavenworth, Kansas First Term AY 03-04
